Connect and automate your operations.

Sales, inventory, accounting and reporting living in five disconnected tools is the default state for most growing businesses. We build the system that connects them.

Where we draw the line

The pattern is familiar to almost every SME we talk to: sales happen in one place, stock is tracked in a spreadsheet, invoices are written up separately, and the owner finds out how the month went two weeks after it ended, from someone manually compiling numbers across all three. None of these tools is wrong on its own — the problem is that they do not talk to each other.

A mini ERP does not mean buying a large, expensive enterprise system built for a company ten times the size. It means one connected system — sales, inventory, CRM, accounting, reporting — sized and scoped to how the business actually works today, with room to grow into.

Business software and mini ERP, sized to fit

Sales management, inventory, CRM, accounting, HR, procurement, project tracking and dashboards can live as modules of one connected system rather than five separate tools that each need their own login and none of which agree on the current numbers. We scope which modules a business actually needs first — a services business rarely needs inventory; a retailer rarely needs project tracking — rather than selling a fixed package regardless of fit.

The payoff is not just convenience. When sales, inventory and accounting share one system, a sale automatically reduces stock and creates the accounting entry, instead of three people doing three manual updates that can silently drift out of sync with each other over a busy month.

Accounting and financial technology

Accounting software implementation, custom accounting systems, financial dashboards, automated management reports, budgeting systems, cash-flow visibility, and accounts receivable and payable workflows. The goal in every case is the same: an owner should be able to see how the business is doing today, not wait for someone to compile last month’s numbers by hand.

Technology & software vs professional financial services

Netrau Tech builds the software and systems that support accounting and finance — we are not a licensed audit firm, accounting firm, bank, or payment service provider, and we do not claim to be unless a specific partnership has been explicitly confirmed. For statutory audit, tax filing, or regulated financial advice, that work belongs with a licensed professional, and we will say so plainly rather than blur the line.

Fintech and payment integrations

Connecting payments to the rest of a business’s systems removes the single most common source of manual reconciliation work: matching a bank statement or mobile-money log against invoices by hand at the end of every week. We integrate payment gateways and, where a genuine integration exists, mobile-money rails, so a payment automatically matches to the invoice it settles.

We are careful about this claim specifically because it is easy to overstate: we do not claim partnerships or integrations that have not been established, and any fintech work we scope for a client starts from what is actually technically and commercially available today, not what would be convenient to promise.

Business automation for the repetitive work

Workflow automation, CRM automation, lead management, invoice automation, approval workflows, notifications and reporting automation sit underneath all of the above. Often the highest-value first project for a business is not the full mini ERP — it is automating the two or three specific repetitive tasks that currently eat the most staff time, and building outward from there once the value is proven.

FAQ

Common questions.

Is a mini ERP realistic for a small business, or is this an enterprise product?

It is scoped specifically to be realistic for a small or growing business — a handful of connected modules covering what the business actually uses today, not a large enterprise platform with dozens of modules that will sit unused. The system can grow module by module as the business does, rather than requiring a big-bang implementation upfront.

Are you a licensed accounting or financial services firm?

No. Netrau Tech builds the technology and software that supports accounting and financial operations — dashboards, automation, integrations. We are not a licensed audit firm, accounting firm, bank, or payment service provider, and any regulated financial or audit work should sit with a licensed professional. We are explicit about this distinction with every client.

Where should we start if we cannot afford the full system at once?

With the single most expensive manual process in the business today, usually reconciliation, invoicing, or reporting. Automating and connecting that one workflow first proves the value quickly and funds the next module, rather than committing to a large project before the team has felt the benefit of a smaller one.

Can a business system like this integrate with what we already use?

Often yes. We start by understanding what is already in place — an existing accounting package, a point-of-sale system, a payment provider — and design the new modules to connect to it rather than forcing a full replacement on day one. A wholesale rip-and-replace is sometimes the right call, but it is never the default starting assumption.

Which manual process costs you the most time right now?

Tell us what breaks first — stock, invoices, or reporting — and we’ll scope the fix.
